Frequently asked questions

If your question is not answered here, email us and we will help.

What does website monitoring do?

We request your website on a regular schedule, in the same way a visitor's browser would. If it does not respond correctly, we treat that as downtime and email you. When it responds normally again, we email you to confirm it has recovered.

How often is my website checked?

Roughly every five minutes, continuously. Intervals can vary slightly depending on network conditions, so treat five minutes as the normal cadence rather than an exact guarantee.

What happens when my website goes offline?

Once a check fails and the failure is confirmed, we send a downtime alert to your registered email address. The incident is recorded in your history with the time it began.

Will I know when it comes back online?

Yes. A recovery email is sent as soon as your website responds normally again, and the incident is closed with its total duration.

Do you monitor SSL certificates?

Yes. We check the expiry date of your certificate and warn you before it lapses, so you have time to renew it before visitors see a browser warning.

What is different between plans?

Only two things: how many websites are covered (one or two) and how long the prepaid period lasts (one, three, six or twelve months). Every plan includes exactly the same monitoring features.

Do plans renew automatically?

No. Every plan is a one-time payment for a fixed period. Nothing renews on its own, no card is stored for future charges, and there is no subscription to cancel.

Can I monitor two websites?

Yes. Choose a two-website plan and you can configure two separate addresses, each monitored independently with its own alerts and history.

Can I change my monitored website?

Yes. You can update the website address from your dashboard during your prepaid period. Monitoring then continues against the new address.

Is there a free trial?

No. We do not offer a free trial. The one-month plan is the shortest way to try the service, and the voluntary refund window described in our Refund Policy applies.

What happens when my prepaid period expires?

Monitoring stops and alerts are no longer sent. Your account remains accessible and you can buy another period whenever you choose. You will not be charged automatically.

How do refunds work?

We offer a voluntary refund window of three days on the one-month plan and seven days on the three, six and twelve-month plans. These sit alongside your statutory rights, which they do not replace. Full details are in the Refund Policy.

When do I configure my website?

After payment. You receive an email with a secure link to set your password, then you add your website address in the dashboard. We deliberately do not ask for it during checkout.

What payment methods will be supported?

We are preparing card payments through Stripe and payments through PayPal. Neither is live yet — this website is currently running in development mode and cannot take real payments.

Still have a question?

We aim to respond within one business day.
